Our services are not priced uniformly since each site has unique requirements and relying on prior estimates for new customers would not be appropriate. To ensure precise and fair pricing, we need essential information such as equipment specifications, engineering plans, and equipment location plan, or we can arrange an on-site meeting and inspection. This approach guarantees our estimates and proposals are accurate and reasonable, without any overcharging. 

The completion of the project is dependent on the condition of the site. Contractors often face a common issue of decreased productivity when closures for ceilings, pipe chases, and other openings have already been made. This can result in longer installation periods. Prioritizing mechanical, utilities, and electrical works before closing the ceiling can help avoid additional expenses for both parties. 

As previously mentioned, our services do not have a set price due to varying requirements for each site. We cannot rely on previous estimates for new clients. Please consult question one (1) for further information. 

A.D Ramos Engineering Services gives a one-year warranty for all installation projects, with the option for clients to pay an additional cost if they want a longer warranty period. If a client chooses to extend the warranty, we also offer free leak testing and preventive maintenance of the system, which can save them money on mandatory yearly requirements from the BFP and other LGU's. 

A.D Ramos Engineering Services possesses a PCAB mechanical contractor license and additional DTI-BPS licenses for its range of Fire Extinguishers. Our adept workforce boasts NCII certifications while our founders uphold safety advocacy, maintaining at least SO3 safety classifications.
